Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using JobNBill. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
By creating an account or using JobNBill ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and JobNBill ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
JobNBill is a business management platform designed for tradespeople, including but not limited to plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, painters, and handymen. The Service provides tools for:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the same individual. Accounts are non-transferable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
JobNBill offers a 14-day free trial followed by a paid subscription. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service in addition to these terms.
Current subscription plans:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. All prices are listed in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access to the Service until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of demonstrable technical failure attributable to JobNBill. To request a refund, contact us at support@jobnbill.com within 7 days of the charge in question. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Upon cancellation or account termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which it will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the JobNBill name, logo, software, design, and documentation — are and will remain the exclusive property of JobNBill. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant JobNBill a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license. We will not sell or share your User Content with third parties for marketing purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JobNBill and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these terms will not exceed the amount you paid to JobNBill in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect to receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.
